We Organize Pre-conference Dinners for Your Attendees

Because your attendees want connection, not faceless crowds.

Your attendees meet people pre-conference so they build community right from the start.

FAQs

  • What kind of pre-conference events does NoSolo organize?

The most common pre-conference events that we coordinate are 8-person dinners at local restaurants. If you have a special request, we are happy to think outside the box. For example, if your attendee community is sporty, perhaps rock climbing at a nearby gym? Possibilities depend on the budget and city offerings!

  • How do people sign up for a dinner?

Attendees opt-in to attend the pre-conference dinner when they register. They will be prompted to confirm the days before.

  • Who will attend?

    Conference attendees.

  • How do you address safety?

We only reserve tables at well-reputed restaurants in safe neighborhoods. We don't give personal information to any diners.

  • Will the location be accessible?

The restaurants we choose are walking distance from the event location whenever possible. We also choose restaurants that are accessible to people with different physical abilities.

  • In which cities does NoSolo currently operate?

NoSolo can work anywhere. We love travel!

It was nice to share a meal with my peers. And I enjoyed having a local person there currently living in the city. Thank you!
